Very friendly staff. I haven't been to a la Madeline since I was a child. It was my mother's favorite. Brought back memories. Get the breakfast crepe. Delicious. The cappuccino was spot on, unlike the burnt tasting crap from some of those chains.

I hadn’t been to La Madeleine since before COVID, so it had been quite a while since my last visit. I stopped by the Frisco location with my son, and it ended up being such a wonderful experience. Shelby was genuinely kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. One thing that really stood out to me was how thoughtful she was with my son she offered him coloring pages and a crayon, which kept him happily entertained and made our visit so much easier. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot. We were lucky enough to get a table near the lit fireplace, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy. The food was just as good as I remembered. The cream of mushroom soup is still one of my favorites, and the chicken Caesar salad was delicious. After not visiting for so many years, Im so happy to find that La Madeleine's food and atmosphere is still the same and they even have a new raisin type of bread now along with the complimentary sourdough and brown bread. Thank you, Shelby, for your kindness and for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back.

I’m in town this week for KidStrong Owner training and stopped by La Madeleine for a to-go order. I accidentally purchased my meal on my personal card and needed to have it refunded and recharged to my business card—the staff was so helpful and patient in getting that sorted out for me! ​My cashier, Douglas, was absolutely great—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Even though I didn't dine in this time, I was so impressed by how neat and clean the entire restaurant was. Most importantly, the food was delicious and packed perfectly. I will definitely be dining in the next time I’m in town!

I often forget to visit La Madeleine but should do better. "LaMad" is a DFW staple, though not what it was (the original was opened next to SMU in the 80s) it is still a solid place to pop in for a quick and healthy bite....then of course to leave with a bag of not so healthy but always yummy goodies from the bakery. These days it is more than even that - they have free wifi so, it is a great alternative coffee shop/work remotely place (complete with far better pastries or French style Hot Chocolate) and they also have really well priced breakfast options. Give it a chance!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Everything about this restaurant is amazing! The food is always super delicious and made with top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is so quiet, peaceful, and perfect whether you’re with family, friends, or just relaxing solo. Their service is absolutely excellent — the staff is always friendly, attentive, and fast! The chicken Alfredo is truly exceptional — rich, flavorful, and a must-try every time we visit. Their sandwiches are also next-level, packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. Plus, their kids' meals are fantastic — great portions, healthy options, and our kids love them! This place really has it all: incredible food, amazing service, and a welcoming vibe. Highly, highly recommend!!
